Hey hey y’all! It’s officially Spring and there are numerous fun and hot trends that I am elated to share with you all! This Spring is all about fun, bold fashion. This lookbook features metallics, feathers, tulle, bright colors and a lot of PINK!!! If you’re a fashion gworl like moi then you’re going to love this one!

Metallic

Bright, bold, and SHINY – metallics are making a big splash this season. From metallic tops to shoes and handbags, metallic is a fun trend to add to your wardrobe. For effortless styling, opt for silver, gold, or rose gold items. These pair the best with neutral colors for an easy look!

Menswear Inspired Trousers

Menswear-inspired items are still majorly trending but I have been noticing a lot of trousers in particular for the season. To create balance in the look, opt for tucking in a top, crop top, or bodysuit to draw the eye to the waist and create that hourglass figure. The more oversized the trousers, the more fitted the top needs to be to balance out your frame.

Feathers

Feathers are definitely still trending at the moment for the season. Feathers are seen on the hems of blouses and pants. The crop top in the first look that has feathers for the sleeves is a major focal point of the look. Here are a few looks that showcase different ways to incorporate feathers into your wardrobe.

Rainbow

Give me all of the color! Rainbow looks are such a major trend for Spring and my color obsessed heart couldn’t be happier! I’ve been wearing rainbow items and colorblocking looks but now it’s trending! Multicolored outfits with bright and bold colors is how you can rock this trend. If you are new to wearing a lot of color, I encourage you to use the color wheel to figure out how to put colors together.

Denim

Consider the Canadian Tuxedo just got a facelift. All denim looks for the spring is an easy trend that you can try right now. Shop your closet for denim pieces that you already own to try this trend. A pair of denim jenas or shorts with a denim top with sneakers can be a great daytime look. You can then switch out the sneakers for some heels with a blazer or jacket for nightime.

Ethereal

Think otherworldly, majestic, and royal – this is what comes to mind when I think of ethereal. Lots of tulles, sequins, mesh, ruffles, and jewels are used to portray this magical aesthetic. Designers like Elie Saab do a phenomenal job at creating beautiful ethereal pieces.

Barbie-core

Spring 23 said give me all of the pink! Barbie-core is in full effect. My pink-obsessed self couldn’t be happier! Think of all pink looks and warm colors. I basically went with a theme and then created a look around it. I would love to see your guesses in the comment section!

Ankle-length maxi skirts are back in style! Who knew?! Denim maxi skirts in particular are having a major moment in fashion at the moment. Easy, chic, and minimalist is how I have seen them styled but I wanted to bring a bit of variety of options for you all. Which look is your favorite?
