Hey hey sweetie pies what’s good? This post is such an exciting post because your girl was invited to Austin Fashion Week! I was invited to attend as press to offer coverage on my blog and social media. When I tell you I was literally over the moon – I can barely contain my excitement. For anyone who is not aware, Austin Fashion Week is a 3-day event where local fashion designers and artisans are given the opportunity to showcase their designs in a runway fashion show!

Due to previous obligations for rehearsals, I was only able to attend the final day which was Sunday. One show at 2:30 and another at 4:30. Sunday included two fashion shows featuring the following brands.

It was amazing to see a fashion show in real life. (Yes the previous shows that I’ve watched were on youtube.) I have dreamed of opportunities such as this and for it to come to fruition- I couldn’t be happier. It was even better to be able to bring my husband and daughter along to share this experience with me. We received the ultimate VIP treatment with front row seats and VIP lounge access with unlimited drinks. (YES PLEASE!) Thank you so much to the entire team for Austin Fashion Week for being such amazing hosts!
