“Whatever we believe about ourselves and our ability comes true for us.” ~ Susan L. Taylor
Hey hey sweetie pies, happy Tuesday. I know I am a little late getting this post out but better late than never! I love creating style sets for inspiration, especially for college students. I get to explore more with unique styles and edgy looks. College students tend to need an array of items in their wardrobe for all of the different events and festivities. These outfits are simply intended for your enjoyment and inspiration.
This look is great for those who like the urban street style. Cargo pants are totally having a moment. I personally love them with a pair of all white sneakers. Throw this fun colorful jacket in for all those freezing classes!
A casual look that’s perfect for those warm months. The linen fabric is super breathable plus it pairs nicely with the light wash denim. Earth tone accessories to keep this look simple and balanced.
I mean need I say more? This look is for those days when you can’t even. Comfort is always a great option for college! If the bags under your eyes are more designer vs. high street then opt for a black pair of sunnies.
This look is super sassy, sexy and sophisticated. This leopard wrap top is as fun as it is flattering paired with these pink high waist trousers. Sleek black accessories with the exception of these structured earrings. If prints aren’t your thing, a solid color blouse in tan, white or black looks fabulous!
This look is super different, exploring with different textures and colors. I like this faux leather skirt for a party or kickback, paired with a graphic tee and sneakers. I like the earrings because they are super fun with their geometric design and watercolor colorblock. A bright bag and cat eye sunnies to add a bit of extra to the look.
I love the feminine vibes with this look! I started with this adorable skirt and then paired it with this adorable sweater. These glam knit boots will be perfect once the cooler temps settle in. A classic style tote bag with animal print strap makes it very “now”, while adding the mother of pearl and gold earrings to complete the look.
This look is perfect when you don’t have a lot of time (or energy) to get ready but still want to look put together and comfortable. I look at this kind of outfit as a uniform. Start off with a pair of good quality, comfortable jeans. Then add a beautiful blouse that has a unique detail to it. That could be the material, design, print – something to make the top stand out. A pair of neutral shoes, in this case flats. You now have a cute outfit with little to no fuss. Lastly keep your accessories simple. A nice tote bag and aviators to cover your face. #NoMakeup If you want to add a pop of color, opt for a fun pair of earrings or a bracelet. This look is easy to have down and out the door in 10 mins.
Which look was your fave? Let me know in the comments below! Also for my sweetie pies who are in college, comment your classification as well as what you’re studying. Can’t wait to hear from you!
As always, XO and Stay FAB! ~ Stormie J
