How to Style : Royal Blue Fit and Flare with the Cutest Quirkiest Handbag

“The art of communication is the language of leadership.” ~ James Humes

Hey hey sweetie pies, happy Thursday! I am so excited to share this look with you all! I am obsessed with this dress that I got from Francesca’s you can check out my massive haul post to see where I got it. I also recently gushed about these shoes on my Seeing Stars and Polka dots blog post so you can definitely take a look at those there.
I am such a fan of the texture throughout the entire dress. (see upclose pics below for details) I also love the crochet detailing around the bottom hem. YES!
I recently snagged this clutch at Charming Charlie. I couldn’t find this wristlet online but you may have luck if you go in store now. I was attracted to it because of the fun print (love polka dots) and the flower with the ladybug with such a fun quirky touch!

I recently wore this look out to brunch with my Sorors and it was perfect! We went to this place called Renae’s Homestyle Restaurant where one of my Frat brothers plays the saxophone. They have buffet style with all types of soul food but you can also order from a menu. Did I mention they offer mimosas? (Yes please!) It is also at a good price point, for buffet and a mimosa, my total came to $25! (Not too shabby) Even though I wore it to brunch, you can wear it to a number of places such as a casual wedding, tea party, a graduation or for a 4th of July evening party. 🙂 It hugs my figure in all the right places and I got a size Large for reference.

With such an eye catching handbag, I opted to keep the rest of my accessories simple with hoop earrings from my boutique with a sorority bracelet. I opted for my white sunnies because they looked best with my bag. You can see where you can snag a similar pair on yesterday’s post. Can you spot my bracelet? I love love love it! Any day that I can wear my sorority letters is a fabulous day!
What do you sweetie pies think of this look? Also what are some cool places to go for brunch here in Houston? Let me know in the comments below!
As always, XO and Stay FAB! ~ Stormie J
