Ode to the 90s – How to Style Fishnets with Denim

Hey hey sweetie pies! I hope you all are doing well. I am so appreciative of the 90s style becoming a trend again. Since I am a 90s baby, it is definitely nostalgic for me as I begin to recollect on all my childhood faves. I loved shows like All That and As Told By Ginger. (I have plenty more but I will save that for another post.) I immediately think of those plastic choker necklaces that were in style (yes I had one) that have resurfaced as well as the fishnets and oversized well…everything!

You sweetie pies know that I always enjoy paying tribute to one of the best decades thus far, the 90s whenever I get the chance to. I figured I would create a look with fishnets and distressed denim. This way the fishnet gets to get a little exposure while staying covered. (Especially if fishnets aren’t really your thing but you want to give them a try) I opted for these booties that I got from +Charlotte Russe. These exact pair are sold out but I linked a similar pair below. 🙂 Velvet is definitely something that is trending and I am gladly jumping on that bandwagon.
