5 Tips to Make you Feel Beautiful – Without Spending a Dime!

Hey sweetie pies, happy Monday! It has been a beautiful day today and it got me to thinking about beauty in other things. Beauty in laughter, beauty in diversity, beauty from within. There are so many pressures from media and society to be their standard of ‘beauty’. Women and men alike are subliminally told that in order to be beautiful we must look like this and dress like that. But ladies I want to share 5 things that will make you beautiful without putting on any makeup, going shopping or getting any plastic surgery. 🙂

1. Loving yourself

There is something so beautiful and special when a woman loves herself unconditionally. You begin to treat yourself better and respecting yourself. And with that, people around you will love and respect you or they can f*** off. I know that can sound a little harsh but it is definitely the truth. Believing that you are beautiful is the first step to being beautiful!

2. Being Confident

This will inevitably add a pep in your step and help find your inner glow! Confidence always radiates from within!

3. Sharing your Positive Light with Others

You will never dim your light by shining on someone else. Try spreading some positive energy and love to others. You will feel so much better after you do!

4. Smile Often!

Forget about frown lines! Smiling and laughing releases endorphins, and endorphins make you happy! *Partial Legally Blonde reference* Smiling also helps lower stress and anxiety. Plus it is contagious!

5. Stress Less!

Especially about things that are out of your control! Stressing ages you and who got time for that?! Not to mention, stressing can affect your health in a negative way.
