Hey sweetie pies! Happy Monday! I wanted today’s post to serve as a little bit of motivation for you all. Because whether you are on cloud 9 or bottom of the pit, everyone could use a little motivation. Most of us don’t necessarily need everything to be perfect all of the time, but just a little reassurance that we are indeed on the right track.
Believe it or not, it starts with ourselves. As cliche’ as it sounds, this statement couldn’t be more true! Think about how many times you have talked yourself out of an opportunity or taking a big risk? I am completely guilty of it myself. Last year there was this audition for a dance company. I was preparing to leave my house for the audition and all those negative thoughts came flooding in! ‘What if you fail?’ ‘What if you get there and it’s not what you expected?’ ‘What if you go and make a total fool of yourself?’ ‘Girl don’t waste your time.’ and blah, blah BLAH! It was ultimately a bunch of bs and I regret not taking that chance because you never know what’s to come!
Some of the most amazing things that I have been blessed to experience is all because I took a chance. Remember that greatness is waiting right outside of your comfort zone. God has everything that we could ever dream of and more! He is just waiting for us to step out on faith!
By no means is my life perfect or is it the ‘dream life’ but it is my dream life for now and I am so thankful! Taking a chance, having faith and speaking things into existence have definitely worked for me! Ask, claim and receive! In order to have the life you dream of you have to first claim it and live everyday like you have it already! Also, you definitely want to try to live that life as much as you can starting now! Whatever you want, it’s already yours go get it!!!
