Skater Dress, 2 Ways

Hey my Sweetie Pies! So I hope that everyone is having a great day! Yesterday for me was absolutely terrible. Yesterday was being a TOTAL Monday. I was late to all of my meetings, almost missed deadlines, and barely had anything to eat. It doesn’t sound too terrible considering the fact that I am not going into details, but just know that it was bad!

Anyways, on to talk about today’s post…. I want to share with you guys two ways I wear one of my summer fashion essentials, the Skater Dress or Fit and Flare dress. I absolutely love this style of dress because it is flattering on any and every figure and not to mention versatile! If you guys caught Monday’s post, I shared a few looks created with the Skater dress in mind. In today’s post, I want to share two different looks with one of my fave skater dresses from +Old Navy. Not only is this dress adorable but also affordable at $12! I got it a while back so it may no longer be in stock. But anyways, let’s check these looks out!

This first look is simple and feminine. I liked adding the touches of gold throughout all of the accessories. This look is great for a bridal shower or a day with the girls for brunch and/or dinner. This look is easy to create and make it your own. I played it safe with a solid colored dress but you can easily take a soft floral or even a striped print dress.

For the second look, I went for a total laid back look. In this look, I am sharing a few more of my summer fashion essentials such as the denim chambray shirt and slip on sneakers. I loved this look. It is so versatile and easy to throw on if you are in a hurry. I rocked this look on a day full on errands and I hit the mall with some of my girlies. I love love love this look! It is so cool and chilled, which is different from what I would normally dress. I also like how the denim shirt cinches in my waist.
